Emporium 2BR Apartment- Amazing Central Location

Disappointing facilities and cleanliness but good location Positive: The location of the property is ideal for visiting the city. Negative: The property was unclean, with dirt and belongings of other guests under couches and beds (we found makeup, kids toys, dirty cutlery). In a bedside drawer a dirty glass was left from a past guest, and false eyelashes found in the blankets that were not ours. The wifi did not work the entire time, after the host fixed the connection, it was so poor that I had to use mobile data for my stay. Also to pick up the keys you must walk six minutes from the place which could be an issue for those with walking disabilities.

Great Central Location Positive: Very central location. Good size apartment with great city views. Negative: The apartment needs a good spring clean to present it at its best. The reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge area did not work, so we felt the cold.

I would definitely recommend this property & was perfect for our holiday and fulfilled all our needs Positive: Location location location - perfect location for cbd shopping restaurants & proximity to public transport. Very very spacious & well appointed apartment. Communication with the property managers were great at all times & were obliging for a late checkout. Negative: A little more attention to detail by the cleaners is required especially in the shower over bath area.

Potential if left clean! Positive: Very central apartment, close to everything you need Negative: The key collection is a bit of struggle when carrying around luggage. The room was not clean on arrival. Microwave and fridge were dirty. Glass tables had fingerprints all over them. The shower was filthy, mould all throughout, as well as an unclean bathtub. I’d suggest some exit mould and letting it sit for a day and scrubbing.
