On arrival trouble with AC , but prompt communication & service technician arrived & had it fixed .
Positive: Great location in CBD for girls weekend .

Positive: Location was excellent it’s a great apartment for city stays. Beds are comfortable however we were a group of friends who needed the sofa bed which was not made up on request. Kitchen has everything you need although we ate out. Food court and Woolworths in the same building
Negative: The windows were unfortunately so dirty that it spoilt the view. Apartment could use a deep clean for walls dust and windows.

Negative: Cleanliness could be improve. A lot of boxes, random items in the cupboard, closet, ensuite. Unclear instructions on what keys/fobs to use for what.
